Two certifications are now the most recent priced of all Ascenders, the company becano ISO/IEC 20000-1: 2018 and ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 certified. These two certifications are of utmost importance for Ascend Solutions, as they come to recognize our efforts in elevating the level of effectiveness and continuous improvement on service management best practices, as well as effective information management.
The ISO (International Standards Organization) is an independent, international organization who uphold worldwide industrial and commercial quality management standards.
ISO 20000-1: 2018 defines the requirements for the development, implementation, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of an IT service management system (SMS). It also enforces the level of effectiveness and a culture of continual improvement in our organization.
On the other hand, ISO/IEC: 27001:2013 is the global standard for effective information management. This certification confirms to our customers, partners and shareholders all the efforts that Ascend is continuously doing to protect data.
